Subscription T&Cs

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription to content and services provided by Subthread Media Ltd ("Subthread", "we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not subscribe. 

2. What You’re Signing Up For

  • Your subscription gives you access to digital editorial content, newsletters, and exclusive media produced by Subthread.
  • Access is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • All subscriptions are managed through Ghost. To manage your subscription or billing, visit your Ghost account.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

  • Prices and billing cycles are clearly displayed before you confirm your subscription.
  • You’ll be billed in advance for each billing period (monthly, yearly, or other frequency you select).
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel before the end of the current period.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Ghost account.
  • If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds except where required by law.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your subscription within 14 days. However, by accessing our digital content immediately, you acknowledge that this right is waived.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, distribute, or reproduce our content beyond personal use.
  • Use our services for commercial purposes without permission.
  • Misrepresent your identity or pretend to be someone else when using our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content we publish is owned by or licensed to Subthread Media Ltd. You may not reuse or republish any material without written permission.

7. Our Liability

  • We provide our content on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (like loss of income, data, or opportunity).
  • Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you’ve paid in the last 12 months.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9. Platform Provider (Ghost)

  • Your subscription is processed and managed via Ghost.
  • Please refer to Ghost’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for additional details.
