What does it mean to build a brand when the brand is already more than a century old?

For Elizabeth Azen Andia, the answer has involved trying to bring some of the conditions of her independent design studio into one of the world's most established media organizations.

Elizabeth joined Dow Jones three years ago to lead brand and creative across the organization, including The Wall Street Journal.
