I first heard about Flora when interviewing the art director Charlotte Cripps when we spoke in July. “I’ve been playing around with Flora which is amazing, I love it,” she told me at the time. “It looks a bit frightening at the start because it has screens with nodes. It can be a bit intimidating, but it’s actually really simple to use,” Charlotte said. She’s been using Flora to create entire animations with very little content by just giving a start and an end frame. “I find that absolutely fascinating, it is great to use and actually some of my best AI is being done on Flora.”
