Beautiful installations, immersive worlds, interactive retail, AR activations and XR experiences. For decades, this has been the craft that me and the team spent twenty-odd years perfecting. Through all of it, one question governed every project: how do we make this memorable? It was the right question when an experience couldn’t think. It isn’t anymore.
Brands are spending more on experiential than ever, and for good reason. In a world where anything can be faked, a live, in-person moment is one of the few things people still trust completely. But most of that growing investment still delivers the same experience to everyone who walks through it, and once they’ve left, the brand has learned almost nothing.
Experiences don’t need to be designed to be static anymore. They need to be designed to adapt.
